Part A. Product Features

1. This type wear is made according to VDI 3357 .All most all european automobile factory can use them .Such as VW,AUDI,BMW etc.

2. We have three or four type material of them .

3. The alloy bronze with graphite ,the steel with hardness on surface ,the sintered material .

Part B . Product Operation

• Demonstrates superior wear resistance in applications where oil film is seldom
• Not brittle at low temperatures and may be used at very low temperatures.
• When dies are in use, make sure that there is no foreign matter such as metal chips or dirt on the sliding surface.

Part C. Product Application

• Demonstrates high performance under high-load and low-speed operations.
• Self-lubricating bearing with embedded solid lubricant and metal base that conforms to the universally-acknowledged ASTM Standards (C86300).
• Serviceable without the need for lubrication.
