This V block most of us are use the tranditional material -bronze with graphite plugs .We have develop the new material with sintered brozne powder on the V shape steel based .

And this new mateial have been used in Sankyo's cam unit to instead of brozne with graphite .

All the dimensition we can produce accroding to standard from NAAMS,VDI,DIN.Or the non-standard according to the drawing which provide by the customer .
